We typically start within 2–3 weeks of engagement agreement. This includes contract finalization, NDA execution, team mobilization, and first stakeholder sessions. For urgent transformations, we can compress this to 1 week with accelerated onboarding. The first phase (Discovery & Alignment) runs 1–2 weeks, so you'll have a comprehensive roadmap and go-forward plan within 3–4 weeks of kick-off.
A typical engagement includes a senior delivery lead (10+ years in AI/transformation), 1–2 specialists (depending on scope—data engineers, ML practitioners, product strategists), and a part-time operations/PMO resource. For larger sprints or partnerships, we scale the specialist pool. All core roles are Xivic staff; no outsourced resources. Your team integrates directly with ours, not through intermediaries. We also assign a single point of contact for all communication.
All work product, models, and code are owned by your company. We retain no rights to deliverables, tools, or playbooks created during the engagement. Data is treated with highest security standards—we follow your data governance policies and, for regulated industries, maintain compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.). We work within your existing infrastructure and do not require external access post-engagement. All IP and data agreements are negotiated upfront and clearly documented.
